Everyone's favorite combination of potatoes and herring is often found at feasts. If you want to surprise your guests, you can prepare original herring baskets.
It is necessary

- - hard cheese 30 g;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - salt;
- For filling:
- - herring fillet 250 g;
- - curd cheese 150 g;
- - apple 1 pc.;
- - red onion 1 pc.;
- - pickled gherkins;
- - mayonnaise 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - dill;
- - boiled beets;
- - parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and grate potatoes. Squeeze the juice. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the potatoes. Break an egg into the potato mixture and mix well.
Step 2
Grease the baking dishes with butter and place the potatoes in them. Spread out in a thin layer. Bake the potatoes at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the apple and chop very finely, you can grate it on a fine grater. Peel the onion and chop very finely. Gherkins should also be chopped. Season the resulting fruits and vegetables with a mixture of curd cheese and mayonnaise. Add chopped herbs and stir.
Step 4
Separate the herring fillets from the seeds, if any. Then cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Put some herring on the bottom of each tartlet, put the curd mixture on top and garnish with slices of boiled beets and herbs.
