It is very easy to make original potato baskets. And the filling can be anything. I propose to cook potato baskets with mushrooms. The dish is great as a snack.

- - champignons - 300 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 4 tablespoons;
- - lettuce leaves - 10 pcs.;

Step 1
Cooking potato baskets
Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin strips. Rinse with water, salt, pat dry with a towel.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a saucepan. To prepare the baskets, you will need a special, double sieve - larger and smaller. Grease a larger sieve with vegetable oil and fill a quarter with thin strips of potatoes. With a small sieve on top, press the potatoes tightly against the large one. Dip a sieve in boiling oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove the sieve from the oil and let the excess drain off. Carefully remove the potato platter.
Step 3
Preparation of the filling
Cut the mushrooms and onions into cubes. Salt. Fry in vegetable oil. Cool it down.
Step 4
Grate the cheese. Combine cheese and fried mushrooms, season with sour cream.
Step 5
Place a leaf of lettuce at the bottom of the potato basket. Top with some filling. Decorate the basket with fresh herbs. The appetizer is ready! Bon Appetit!
