Layered salad "Grape" with chicken and grapes is incredibly tasty, beautiful and appetizing in appearance. Preparing a salad "Grape" is quite simple and short-lived. This dish will certainly become a decoration of your festive table and will delight your household and guests with its pleasant taste.
It is necessary
- - 250 g chicken fillet;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 100 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms;
- - 2 medium onions;
- - 300 g of grapes "Ladies fingers" or "Taifi";
- - mayonnaise;
- - 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the chicken breast to boil, salt it shortly before cooking. To save time, you can use ready-made smoked chicken breast for the salad.

Wash the eggs and cook in salted water.

While the meat and eggs are boiling, peel the onions and chop them, wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and place on the stove over low heat. Add the prepared mushrooms and onions to the pan and fry them for 10 minutes. After five minutes, salt the mushrooms.

Wash the grapes, dry. Divide the grapes in two, remove the seeds. Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces. Grate the boiled eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
