The salad with chicken, grapes and pasta is very satisfying and delicious. The grapes give the dish the desired freshness. It can become a standalone separate dish that is great to eat for a late evening dinner.

Ingredients for the salad:

  • Spiral pasta - 150 g;
  • Parmesan (or any hard cheese) - 50 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 40 g;
  • Basil - 1 sprig;
  • Garlic - 1 wedge;
  • Celery stalk - 1 piece;
  • Pine nuts - ½ tbsp;
  • Chicken meat - 200 g;
  • Natural yogurt - 1 tablespoon;
  • Green grapes (for example, ladies' sticks) - 200 g;
  • Large carrots - 1 pc;
  • Salt pepper.

Ingredients for salad dressing:

  • Salt, black pepper;
  • Olive oil - 60 g;
  • Wine vinegar - 20 g.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to prepare the dressing. To do this, beat vigorously the olive oil with the wine vinegar with a whisk. Season the mixture to taste with pepper and salt.
  2. Then you should boil pasta, it is better to take spirals (fizulli). Cook in boiling and slightly salted water. Place them in a colander, let them get rid of excess water. It is important that you do not need to rinse the pasta! Transfer the hot pasta to a deep salad bowl and stir with a tablespoon of oily salad dressing.
  3. Next, peel and chop the garlic in a garlic press. Finely chop the pine nuts with a large knife. Combine chopped nuts and garlic in a small bowl with chopped basil, yoghurt, grated parmesan and mayonnaise.
  4. Now you need to boil the chicken meat (if necessary, remove the bones) and cut into thin pieces.
  5. Then you need to do vegetables. Wash the celery, dry and chop thinly. Wash and peel the carrots, cut into thin cubes or rub with shavings on a coarse grater.
  6. Wash the grapes. Each grape should be cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed. Leave a few grapes (depending on the number of servings) to decorate the salad.
  7. The last step is to collect the salad. Place the chopped chicken with the pasta, add chopped celery, grape wedges and carrot strips.
  8. Drizzle the resulting salad with a mixture of natural yogurt and nuts, sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.

Serve the salad in portions on separate plates. Pour the remaining dressing around the salad and garnish with the grapes left for decoration.
