Delicious cream soup will appeal to all family members. Thanks to the ground saffron, it has a beautiful golden color. Soup is prepared quickly and easily. The specified amount of food is enough for 5 servings.
It is necessary
- - hard cheese - 130 g;
- - frozen shrimps - 200 g;
- - cream 10% - 200 ml;
- - milk - 0.5 l;
- - water - 0.5 l;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - flour - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - ground saffron - 0.25 tsp;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground white pepper - a pinch;
- - dill greens - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimps in salted water (5-7 minutes), peel off the shell. Dry.
Step 2
Heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry the flour lightly until golden brown (1-2 minutes), stirring constantly.
Step 3
Combine cold milk and water and pour into toasted hot flour. Stir without lumping. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 8 minutes. Then add cream and saffron. Stir.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Combine with milk-flour mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add cooked shrimps to the soup, heat a little. Garnish the soup with fresh herbs. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
