It is necessary

  • For 2 servings:
  • - round Armenian lavash - 2 pcs.;
  • - ham - 2 slices;
  • - tomato - 1 pc.;
  • - hard cheese - 50 g;
  • - egg - 2 pcs.;
  • - favorite greens;
  • - salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • - vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the filling in advance. Wash and dry the tomato and greens. The first one is cut into thin slices, and the greens are finely chopped. Grate cheese.

Step 2

We take a frying pan with a diameter smaller than our pita bread. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and heat it well. Sprinkle the lavash with cold water and put it in the pan so that the edges hang down.

Step 3

Now we begin to "collect" our appetizer. Put several tomato slices on pita bread and add a little salt. Put a slice of ham on top and break an egg into it. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped herbs.

Step 4

We turn the edges of the pita bread to the center and fry until golden brown from below, and then carefully, using a spatula, turn the yoku over so that the brown crust is on the other side. We serve hot by all means! Bon Appetit!
