- Onions - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Greens, mayonnaise - to taste

Step 1
First, we take beef liver (you can also pork, but with beef it tastes better), cut into small pieces and fry in sunflower oil until tender.
But before frying, the liver must be properly prepared. First, remove all external films. To make it easier to do, pour boiling water over the liver and immediately transfer it to cold water - then the films will come off easily.
During slicing, it is advisable to get rid of the bile ducts. If this is not done, then it will be more difficult to chew the cooked liver.
To make the liver have a more delicate taste, you can soak it in milk for half an hour before frying.
So, fry until tender. After frying, transfer the liver to a separate bowl.
Step 2
Next, chop the onion in the standard way and fry in the same pan until golden brown. We put it in a bowl with a liver.
Step 3
We clean the carrots, rub on a coarse grater and also fry until tender. We shift to the liver and onions.
Step 4
We cut any greens to taste (I love dill, more often I cook with it), fill all the ingredients with mayonnaise, mix and serve.
It is advisable to use the appetizer warm, but even when cooled down, it is very tasty. You can serve it with any side dish (potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta …), but in itself, as an independent dish, it is very good.
