Pink salmon is one of the varieties of Far Eastern salmon, which belongs to the low-fat varieties of fish. Therefore, dishes made from pink salmon may seem a little dry. Using various sauces and cream for baking, you can prepare a delicious and juicy fish dish.

- - fat cream 200 ml;
- - lemon 1 pc.;
- - white wine vinegar 25 ml;
- - spices for fish;
- - salt;
- - hard cheese 50 g;

Step 1
We marinate the fish. To do this, salt and roll each piece in spices and put in one bowl. Add white wine vinegar and half a lemon, cut into thin slices, to the steaks. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Place the soaked fish in a baking dish and top with the cream. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 3
After 15 minutes from the start of baking, remove the dish, sprinkle it with grated cheese and chopped herbs and bake for about 7-10 minutes more. Serve the fish on a plate with lettuce leaves.
