Grate cold butter or chop finely with a knife, mix with sugar and sifted flour. Grind the mass into coarse crumbs. An important condition is that you need to act quickly so that the oil does not start to melt from the warmth of your hands.

Spread two-thirds of the resulting dough over the bottom of the heat-resistant mold. It is advisable to use a detachable round shape of sufficient depth, it should be lightly greased with oil or lined with baking paper. After leveling the dough along the bottom, form low sides.

Prepare the filling. Grind cottage cheese into a smooth homogeneous mass, carefully kneading even the smallest lumps. Add salt, baking soda, sugar and vanillin. The filling should be tried, you may need to increase the amount of sugar. Beat the eggs into the mass, mixing the filling thoroughly. Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder, break the eggs into a bowl, separating the yolks from the proteins. Grind the butter, alternately adding egg yolks, powdered sugar, cottage cheese to it. Beat the whites into a strong foam, put on the curd mixture, sprinkle with candied orange fruits, raisins and semolina. Add vanillin and a little salt.
