Stir 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of low-fat kefir. Combine the egg with three tablespoons of granulated sugar and beat with a mixer in a foam, then add to kefir.

With constant stirring, add one and a half cups of sifted wheat flour, knead a thick dough. Add 3 tablespoons of ghee and knead again.

Sift 2 cups of wheat flour with a slide on the board, pour a glass of water at room temperature and 100 ml of low-fat kefir into the middle. Add a pinch of table salt and 25 ml of vodka. While mixing the ingredients, add half a glass of refined sunflower oil.

Divide the dough into pieces. Roll each into a thin layer and cut out the circles using molds or a glass. Put the filling in each, connect and pinch the edges of the dough. Dip the dumplings one by one into salted boiling water, stir and cook for 5 minutes after surfacing.
