- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- Flour - 3 tsp.
- Milk - 400 ml
- Garlic - 4 cloves

Step 1
Cut the chicken into small strips or arbitrary pieces, cut the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Fry the onions and meat for 5 minutes in a preheated pan, stirring constantly. After that, salt and pepper, add 1, 5 tsp. flour, mix and fry again.
Step 3
Prepare milk sauce: stir milk, 1, 5 tsp. flour and chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the chicken with the milk mixture, stir and simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle herbs over the chicken 2 minutes before cooking.
