The most famous celery stalk dishes are all kinds of salads that perfectly cleanse the intestines and fill the body with nutrients and vitamins. Take 300 g of cabbage and chop as small as possible, add a little salt and mash so that the juice begins to stand out from the cabbage. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash two celery stalks and two cucumbers and chop in random order. Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly, the dietary and light salad is ready.
Step 2
From a stalk of celery, you can make a fragrant vegetable puree soup, just lick your fingers. Cut all vegetables into small pieces and boil in two liters of salted water with one tablespoon of butter. Take two egg yolks and mix them with some of the broth. Remove the vegetables from the pan and puree (with a crush or blender), put back in the pan. Let it boil and pour in a thin stream of yolks with broth, while do not forget to constantly stir the soup with a spoon. You can turn off the heat, pour the soup into bowls, season with sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Wash the tomatoes and celery stalks thoroughly, dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes (it is advisable to peel the tomatoes). Peel and chop two onions. Melt 3 tablespoons of margarine in a deep skillet or saucepan and simmer the onions in it. Add chopped tomatoes and celery stalks, salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
