Borago is a cucumber herb; young leaves are more often used in cooking. But the stems can also be used, they are no less tasty, they give the dishes an original taste. Borago stalks only need to be peeled and boiled, otherwise they are tough. In salads, you will definitely like this unobtrusive onion-cucumber note.
