Caesar salad is loved by many gourmets. But for a change, it is worth trying a slightly similar salad, but still having its own distinctive features. To prepare it, you will need more varied ingredients. And thanks to a special dressing for croutons, the dish will turn out to be incredibly aromatic.
It is necessary
- - loaf 100 g
- - bacon 200 g
- - Parmesan cheese 100 g
- - cherry tomatoes 15-20 pcs.
- - garlic 2 cloves
- - vegetable oil 50 ml
- - juice of half a lemon
- - dried herbs 1 tbsp. the spoon
- - lettuce leaves
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, we prepare a fragrant dressing for croutons. To do this, mix the juice of half a lemon and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add minced garlic, dried herbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cut the loaf into small cubes (1x1 cm will be enough), put in a small baking dish, pour over the prepared dressing, mix and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake crackers until golden brown. This will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the bacon into small strips and fry in a pan. At the same time, you should not add oil, because the bacon will release a large amount of fat during cooking.
Step 4
Parmesan can be grated or cut into thin and small slices with a knife.
Step 5
Wash cherry and cut into 4 pieces. If the tomatoes are small, then it will be enough to cut them into two parts.
Step 6
Rinse and dry lettuce leaves with napkins or towels. Coarsely pick the greens.
Step 7
Add all the other ingredients to the leaves, including the already baked croutons. Mix everything, add a little salt if necessary and serve. You can skip the salad or add a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
