I present to your attention a wonderful recipe for a very light and delicious salad with shrimps, parmesan and cherry tomatoes. This salad is perfect for breakfast and can be a great light dinner.
It is necessary
- • peeled frozen shrimps - 300 g;
- • a bunch of lettuce;
- • cherry - 10 pieces;
- • a couple of garlic cloves;
- • hot peppers;
- • grated parmesan;
- • olive (or any vegetable) oil;
- • balsamic wine vinegar 6 percent;
- • pepper;
- • salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, boil frozen shrimp in boiling water for a minute, no more, otherwise they will become tough.
Step 2
Place the shrimp in a colander to drain off the water.
Step 3
Peel the garlic, cut it in half. Do the same with hot peppers.
Step 4
Fry the peppers and garlic until golden brown to release all the flavor.
Step 5
When the pepper and garlic are golden brown, remove them.
Step 6
Send the shrimp to the skillet and fry for two minutes.
Step 7
Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place them on a dish.
Step 8
On top of the salad, place the tomatoes, cut in half, and the shrimps on top of them.
Step 9
Mix everything and drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar.
Step 10
Sprinkle Parmesan on top of the salad. Shrimp salad is ready, you can safely serve it on the table.
