Step 1
Prepare the filling in advance. To do this, take chicken fillet, rinse well under running water, remove excess streaks, boil until tender. When the meat has cooled, use a sharp knife or blender to chop the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Wash oranges, divide into slices, peel off each slice. Slice the oranges, place in a separate cup and drain. Extra juice can make the tartlet dough soften. For the recipe, it is better to choose sweet and sour oranges.
Step 3
Grate the cheese with large divisions, then combine with chicken and oranges. Pepper to taste, and then put chopped dill and mayonnaise into the resulting mixture, mix. Fill each tartlet with filling, place the baskets on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
After this time, open the oven, remove the baking sheet, sprinkle each tartlet with a layer of cheese and place in the still hot oven for 5 minutes. The dish is considered ready when a fragrant crust of melted cheese appears on the surface.
