It is necessary

  • - 350 grams of fillets of any sea fish;
  • - 2 pieces of large tomatoes;
  • - 2 pieces of cucumber;
  • - 2 large onions;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - 1 small bunch of parsley;
  • - a couple of bay leaves;
  • - 3 tablespoons of corn (canned);
  • - 3 tablespoons of canned peas;
  • - some allspice peas, coarsely ground black pepper and a little salt.

Instructions

Step 1

The fish fillets are washed in cold running water, after which they are placed in hot water (slightly salted), bay leaf, allspice are added and boiled until tender.

Step 2

The finished fish fillet is carefully removed from the broth, cooled and cut into small pieces. Cucumbers and tomatoes are thoroughly washed in water, then cut in half and chopped in half rings.

Step 3

The onions are peeled, washed and also cut into half rings. Parsley is finely chopped. The lemon is washed and cut in two.

Step 4

Combine fish with tomatoes, cucumbers and onion half rings, after which salt and pepper are added. Pour in corn, canned green peas and season the salad with sunflower oil. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice on top and mix thoroughly. Before serving, the resulting salad is decorated with chopped parsley on top.
