- 600 g pollock fillet;
- lemon juice;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 250 g of curd cheese;
- 100 g parsley;
- salt
- pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost fillets.
Wash it in cold water.
Pat dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice and place in a grill dish.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut into circles.
Cut the curd cheese into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the tomatoes on top of the fish, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Then place the cheese on top.
Step 4
Place the fish dish in the oven and fry for the first five minutes at 250 degrees.
