Cherry drink based on green tea with lime and fruit will refresh you in the hot season. If sugar is not added to the cocktail, such a drink will become low-calorie and dietary. The specified amount of food is enough for 2 servings.

- - green tea (brewing) - 2 tsp;
- - lime - 1 pc.;
- - pear - 1/2 pc.;

- - ice - 6 cubes.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the lime thoroughly. Gently peel off a thin layer of zest (you need about 1 teaspoon of zest). Squeeze juice from the pulp (2 teaspoons).
Step 2
Boil water in a kettle, and then cool it a little (to a temperature of 70 degrees). Place the tea leaves in a teapot and fill with 50 ml of water. After 10-15 seconds, drain the water and refill the tea leaf with hot water (you need 100 ml of water). Add lime zest to the tea leaves and leave the tea for 10-15 minutes. Then strain the finished tea through a fine sieve. Cool it down.
Step 3
Rinse the cherries with water, remove the seeds. Use a juicer to squeeze the juice out of the cherries (you need 100 ml of juice). Or grind the cherries with a blender until puree and use cheesecloth to squeeze the juice out of the cherry puree.
Step 4
Wash the peach and pear and dry slightly. Peel the pear, remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Cut the peach into two parts, remove the stone. Finely chop the pulp.
Step 5
Combine green tea, cherry juice, lime juice, stir. Add sugar. Take tall glasses and place 3 ice cubes in each glass. Lay out the fruit pieces. Then pour the prepared cherry drink into the glasses. Garnish the rim of the glass with fresh cherries and lime slices. Serve the cocktail with a straw and bar spoon. Bon Appetit!
