It is necessary

  • - chicken breasts - 500 gr.;
  • - Pesto sauce (red) - 100 gr.;
  • - cheese - 100 gr.;
  • - Italian herbs (dry);
  • - olive oil;
  • - lemon juice;
  • - spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices. We beat them off and rub them with a marinade made from a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Leave the meat to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Fry on both sides in a skillet until tender.

Step 2

We rub the cheese and prepare the red "Pesto" (the sauce can be purchased ready-made in the store).

To do this, fry fresh diced tomatoes in a skillet (6-8 pieces). When they reach a soft state, add to them grated cheese (about 150 gr.), Finely chopped garlic and basil, crushed pine nuts, balsamic vinegar (1 spoon).

Step 3

Put the pesto sauce on the chicken and sprinkle it with cheese. Put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (until the cheese melts).
