The multicooker is an amazing technique. You can prepare a variety of dishes in it. You can please your household members not only with rich soup or fragrant juicy meat, but also with pastries. Mix cottage cheese thoroughly with sugar. Then add sour cream, semolina, baking powder, vanillin and salt. Once again, mix everything thoroughly until all the lumps are gone.

We place the resulting blank for baking in a sealed container and leave it for at least 1 hour. This is done in order to swell the semolina.

Rinse the raisins well and add to the curd mass after a lapse of time.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl well with butter, and then put the dough in it, which must be leveled with a tablespoon. Cooking for 1 hour in the "Baking" mode.
