  • - sour cream 100 g
  • - raisins 0.5 cups
  • - eggs 2 pcs.
  • - sugar 100 g
  • - semolina 0.5 cups
  • - baking powder 1 sachet
  • - vanillin - 1 pinch
  • - butter 50 g
  • - salt 1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1

Mix cottage cheese thoroughly with sugar. Then add sour cream, semolina, baking powder, vanillin and salt. Once again, mix everything thoroughly until all the lumps are gone.

Step 2

We place the resulting blank for baking in a sealed container and leave it for at least 1 hour. This is done in order to swell the semolina.

Step 3

Rinse the raisins well and add to the curd mass after a lapse of time.

Step 4

Lubricate the multicooker bowl well with butter, and then put the dough in it, which must be leveled with a tablespoon. Cooking for 1 hour in the "Baking" mode.

Step 5

When the casserole is ready, it needs to be infused for another 10-15 minutes. Then carefully remove the pastry onto a flat dish, turning the bowl over.
