Cottage cheese is undoubtedly a healthy product. Each of us knows this. But not many will be able to consume pure cottage cheese every day, therefore there are many cottage cheese dishes and desserts. One of them is a curd casserole.
It is necessary
- - Cottage cheese - 400 g
- - Semolina - 1/2 tbsp.
- - Kefir (fermented baked milk) - 2/3 tbsp.
- - Sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
- - Vanillin - on the tip of a knife
- - Baking powder - 1 tsp
- - Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- - Bowl 2 pcs.
- - Bank 0.5 l.
- - Mixer
- - Glass
- - Multicooker
- - Butter - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
Pour semolina into a bowl, add kefir (you can replace fermented baked milk or sour cream with milk) and mix thoroughly. Leave for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Cottage cheese (can be replaced with curd mass), put in a bowl, add vanillin and baking powder, mix with a mixer at low speed. You should get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Step 3
We beat the eggs into a jar, beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour sugar into the jar in small portions, without ceasing to beat the eggs. You should get a homogeneous strong foam, and the sugar should dissolve completely.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into a bowl of cottage cheese, mix again with a mixer until smooth. The volume of semolina after swelling approximately doubles, and grains are not felt.
Pour the semolina into the curd-egg mixture, mix. The base of the casserole turns out to be quite liquid, about like the dough for pancakes. This shouldn't be embarrassing. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the mixture into it and select the "Baking" mode.
The cooking time differs from model to model, ranging from 40 minutes to 1 hour. After finishing cooking, turn off the multicooker without opening the lid, and stand for another 15-20 minutes. This will prevent the casserole from settling.
