Step 3

While the slow cooker is warming up, we prepare the cottage cheese. Cottage cheese or curd mass must be passed through a meat grinder or rubbed through a sieve. We then add it to the rest of the ingredients. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a mixer or blender until a homogeneous consistency is formed.

Step 5

We distribute one tablespoon of semolina over the bottom of the multicooker. Next, add our "dough" to the bowl, close the lid. We set the baking mode for 55 minutes, the temperature is 160 degrees.
