Ingredients for the casserole:

  • 0.8 kg of cottage cheese (you can buy 5%);
  • 5 eggs;
  • 30 g corn starch;
  • ½ glass of condensed milk;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 150 g sour cream (20% fat);
  • 1, 5 tsp baking powder for dough;
  • ½ tsp soda.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 200 g of natural yogurt;
  • condensed milk;
  • cherry.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to prepare the sauce. To do this, pour yogurt into any container, add condensed milk and fresh cherries, previously washed and pitted, to it. Mix everything and set aside.
  2. Kill the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth, so that it becomes airy and fluffy.
  3. Add sour cream and condensed milk to the crushed cottage cheese, mix everything again until smooth.
  4. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Put the yolks in the curd mass and mix gently with a wooden spatula.
  5. Sift the cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda through a sieve, add to the curd mass and stir in too.
  6. Beat the egg whites with a mixer or whisk until firm. Then add sugar in small portions into the protein foam, without ceasing to beat everything with a mixer. The end result should be both strong and shiny foam.
  7. So, gently mix the white foam into the curd mass using a wooden spatula.
  8. First grease the multicooker bowl liberally with oil, and then sprinkle with flour. Pour excess flour.
  9. Carefully transfer the curd dough into the multicooker bowl. Spin the bowl 3 times clockwise and cover with a lid.
  10. Bake the contents of the multicooker for 1 hour in the "Baking" mode. Note that after baking, the lid of the multicooker should not be opened for at least half an hour.
  11. After this time, turn the pie from the bowl onto a dish, cool, cut into portions and arrange on plates, be sure to pour abundant sauce over it.
