This cake is easy to make. You can add anything to it, from berries to fruits. In any case, it turns out to be very tasty. And when using a multicooker, the cake becomes fluffy.

It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • -150 g butter;
  • -3 eggs;
  • -160 g sugar;
  • -10 g vanilla sugar;
  • -1 teaspoon baking powder for dough;
  • -270 ml flour.
  • For filling:
  • -120 g of chocolate;
  • -50 g of berries.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour sugar into a deep bowl. Then add melted butter to it and beat until the mass becomes a homogeneous consistency. It is recommended to beat with a mixer. If there is no mixer, then a whisk or a regular fork. Next, add eggs, strictly one at a time, and beat. Add flour and baking powder to the beaten mass. Stir until smooth.

Step 2

Place the chocolate in a small saucepan. Pour water into a large saucepan and place the smaller one on top of it. Put all this on the fire so that the chocolate melts (this effect is called a steam bath).

Step 3

Transfer the dough to a greased multicooker. Put the berries on top and cover with chocolate. Turn on the multicooker in baking mode for 50 minutes. Do not close the lid of the multicooker.

Step 4

Remove the cake from the multicooker and place it on a plate. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
