It is necessary

  • Cottage cheese (preferably 9-18%) - 200-250 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon (or 1/3 teaspoon baking soda)
  • Flour - 100 g
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Step 1

In a large container, grind cottage cheese (200-250 grams, that is, about one pack) with sugar (3 tablespoons) and one egg. It is advisable to take cottage cheese 9-18%, but this is not essential.

Step 2

Add baking powder (1/2 teaspoon) or soda (1/3 teaspoon) and salt (a pinch), then mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Pour in flour (100 grams) and knead a homogeneous dough, which should be soft in consistency, may stick to your hands a little.

Step 4

Divide the dough into several parts, and then roll out a 3-4 cm thick sausage from each. Cut the sausage into small pieces, from which we roll balls.

Step 5

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the "frying" mode. There should be enough butter so that the pieces of dough float in it. We keep the lid of the multicooker open.

Step 6

Put the balls in a slow cooker in portions and fry until golden brown on all sides. Turn over if necessary, but usually donuts turn over on their own.

Step 7

Put the finished donuts on a paper towel and let the oil drain, then put them on a plate.

Step 8

When the donuts have cooled down a little, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
