- - 6 chicken eggs
- - 6 tsp natural yoghurt
- - 2 tsp mustard
- - small onion
- - 2 tbsp. l. honey
- - paprika powder
- - chilli
Instructions
Step 1
Hard boil the eggs. Refrigerate. Peel and cut them in half.
Step 2
Remove the yolks and place them in a deep bowl.
Step 3
Mash the yolks with a fork. Add yogurt and mustard.
Step 4
Peel and finely chop the onion. Add it to the egg mixture.
Step 5
Now add honey and mix well. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
Step 6
Using a teaspoon, fill the halves of the boiled whites with the yolk mixture.
