Soft, tender, satisfying, delicious. All of this applies to one dessert - a cake called "Sahara". I propose to take a little time to prepare this delicacy. It won't be wasted.

It is necessary

  • - flour - 300 g;
  • - butter - 170 g;
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - egg - 1 piece;
  • - tomato paste - 3 tablespoons;
  • - baking powder for dough - 1 tablespoon;
  • - cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • - sour cream 30% - 150 g;
  • - condensed milk - 7 tablespoons;
  • - black chocolate - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix sugar and one chicken egg by combining in a loose bowl. Beat until the mixture turns into a fluffy white mass. Then add 100 grams of pre-melted butter and tomato paste there. Also add the dry baking powder and wheat flour mixture. Stir the mixture until smooth, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

While the dough is cooling in the refrigerator, prepare the cream. Whisk cottage cheese with a blender, mix with condensed milk and sour cream. Whisk the melted butter in a separate cup, then add it to the curd mass. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Remove the dough and cut so that 5 identical pieces are formed. Turn each into a thin layer. Bake the resulting cakes one by one in the oven, putting them on a baking sheet with parchment, at a temperature of 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Step 4

When the cakes are ready, cool them down and cut off any excess edges. Lay on top of each other, having previously applied to each ready-made cream in an even layer.

Step 5

Turn the remaining pieces from the cakes into crumbs with a rolling pin and sprinkle them on the sides of the future cake.

Step 6

After crushing the chocolate, melt it in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Then use a brush to apply it to the silicone mat. Let it solidify completely, then divide into uneven pieces and decorate the center of the dessert with them. The Sahara cake is ready!
