Surely every housewife knows how to cook stuffed cabbage rolls. You take minced meat, wrap it in cabbage sheets and cook. But cabbage rolls and fish wrapped in grape leaves are not prepared by everyone.

You will need: pike perch fillet, fish broth, onions, grape leaves, yogurt, herbs, pepper, salt

Step 1

We take 2 onions, peel and chop coarsely.

Pike perch fillet will need 500 gr. The fish is cut into small pieces and mixed with onions. Add black pepper and salt to taste.

Step 3

Now you need to make minced meat from fish and onions. To do this, we pass everything into a meat grinder. Add any greens here. Mix the minced meat well.

Step 4

We wash the leaves from the grapes in water and cut off the twig. We put it in a bowl, fill it with boiling water, let it stand for 5-8 minutes.

Now we take the leaves out of the dishes, dry them and put them on a plate.

Step 5

We take a leaf and put the resulting minced fish into it. Put it in a deep saucepan.

Pour fish broth into cabbage rolls. The broth should be hot. Cook for 50 minutes. Serve with yoghurt.
