  • - flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • - fish broth or water - 1 glass;
  • - sour cream - 1 glass.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's deal with cabbage first. It must be thoroughly rinsed and disassembled into leaves. Then boil for 3-4 minutes in boiling, slightly salted water. In general, cook until its leaves are soft.

Now we proceed to the filling itself. We take rice and cook it not until it is fully cooked. We do the following with fish fillet - we cut it and be sure to cubes. The onion should not be finely chopped. A quarter of the rings will be enough. Then we heat the pan, put the onion on it and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add fish to it, salt and fry the resulting mixture for another 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the following ingredients to the resulting mixture: rice, chopped dill, pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Cabbage leaves, meanwhile, have already boiled and cooled down. Now you need to cut off all the extra veins from them. After the done steps, lay out the filling. Just do not overdo it, 2 tablespoons will be enough. It remains to wrap everything in an envelope.

Step 5

Let's start making sour cream sauce. It's pretty simple to do. Preheat a frying pan and put flour and butter on it. We constantly stir all this and fry a little. Then you should pour water or fish broth into the resulting mass. It's up to you. Fill, of course, very carefully and stirring constantly, so that lumps do not form. Then add a glass of sour cream and mix everything again. Now it remains only to add tomato paste and salt to the sour cream sauce and cook, stirring it, for another 3 minutes.

Step 6

The resulting cabbage rolls should be fried in a pan until golden brown. Then we put them in a dish with sour cream sauce and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Bon Appetit! Good luck!
