For a long time in Russia, old Russian fishmongers, pies were famous, which provided the basis for creating a recipe for kulebyaki with various fillings, in this recipe fish. Kulebyaka is a hearty pastry, and with fish cabbage rolls it is easily absorbed in the body. Cooking does not take long.
It is necessary
- - 1 head of cabbage;
- - 300 g of fish fillets;
- - 0.5 cups of rice;
- - 1 onion;
- - 0.5 yeast dough;
- - 1 egg;
- - vegetable and butter for frying;
- - dill, salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cabbage thoroughly, select large, but young leaves, blanch for 3-4 minutes in boiling salted water, then discard in a colander. Boil rice until half cooked.
Step 2
Cut the fish fillet and onion into small cubes. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add the fish and fry, stirring occasionally, for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, add rice, chopped dill, salt to taste and mix.
Step 3
Gently place the filling on the edge of the cabbage leaf and fold it into an envelope. Fry the prepared cabbage rolls in melted butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Roll out the dough thinly and divide into large rectangles. Put ready-made cabbage rolls on each and pinch the edges. Put the blanks on a greased baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil, grease with a beaten egg and bake at 180-190 degrees until cooked.
