Step 1
The first step is to prepare the batter. To do this, mix 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of flour and 4 tablespoons of sour cream. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda to the resulting mixture. Mix everything and refrigerate.
Step 2
Defrost fish, rinse and cut into squares. Salt well and put in a cup.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the pan so that the depth is about 1-2 centimeters.
Step 4
Remove the batter from the refrigerator and start frying. Dip each piece of fish in batter and put in a frying pan. Fry until tender on one side without a lid, then turn the pieces over and cover. This will cook the fish well and the batter will become crispy.
