A tender chicken roll can be made in seconds with this simple recipe. The main advantage of this method is a small amount of ingredients and a democratic cost. Chicken roll is a great option for both cold and hot appetizers.

- –Cheese (40 g);
- –Mayonnaise (140 g);
- - semolina (30 g);
- - minced chicken (270 g);
- –Onions (1-2 pcs.);
- -salt pepper;
- - a mixture of Italian herbs (7 g).
Instructions
Step 1
Break the eggs into a bowl and shake, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and grated hard cheese. After that, pour semolina into the resulting mixture and wait until the cereal swells. This will take 5-8 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the onion into small pieces and brown in hot olive oil. Add the minced chicken, cover the pan and simmer. Put the prepared minced meat with onions in a cup, leave to cool.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil, cover with parchment paper for baking, pour the dough out of eggs, cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with a mixture of Italian herbs. Make sure that the mixture is evenly distributed over the baking sheet. The thickness of the dough layer should be no more than 3 cm.

The omelet will be baked in a few minutes. Next, take out the baking sheet, carefully remove the first layer of the roll, let it cool. Prepare in advance the foil on which you want to put the minced meat. Roll up the roll, close the sides of the foil tightly and place in the oven to bake. After 40-50 minutes, you will have the most tender chicken roll.
