A salad with the exciting name "Bride" is perfect for a planned romantic dinner. It is quite easy to prepare, but light and delicious at the same time.
It is necessary
- - 1 boiled potato;
- - 2 boiled medium-sized carrots;
- - 2 boiled medium-sized beets;
- - 100 grams of hard cheese;
- - 3 boiled eggs;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 200 grams of mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the onions over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Cut the beets lengthwise, cut the plates by 2-3 millimeters and cut the hearts out of them with a mold (this will be a decoration).
Step 3
Grate the beets that remain on a coarse grater. Do the same with potatoes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Rub them separately on a fine grater.
Step 6
Put the ingredients in the bowls in layers:
- 1 layer: a small layer of potatoes, a little fried onions, lightly salt, brush with mayonnaise;
- 2nd layer: carrots, fried onions, lightly salt, brush with mayonnaise;
- 3rd layer: beets, fried onions, lightly salt, grease with mayonnaise;
- 4th layer: yolk, cheese, lightly salt, brush with mayonnaise;
- 5th layer: protein, lightly salt, grease with mayonnaise (gently spread the last layer with a spoon).
Step 7
Decorate the top with beetroot hearts and herbs.
