A cake with snow-white flowers is so beautiful that it can easily become a decoration for a festive table. Each bite of this dessert will give you a real gastronomic pleasure, try it.

- Cake dough:
- - 2 eggs,
- - 4 cups flour (200 ml glass),
- - 1 glass of sugar (200 ml glass),
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- - 100 grams of margarine,
- - 2 teaspoons with a slide of soda.
- Cream:
- - 400 grams of sour cream,
- - 0.5 cups of powdered sugar,
- - 500 grams of yogurt,
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of jam.
- Chocolate glaze:
- - 50 grams of dark chocolate,
- - 20 grams of butter.
- Decorations:
- - 0.5 cups of powdered sugar,
- - 50 grams of mastic,
- - 2 egg whites.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the margarine from the refrigerator in advance, it should warm to room temperature.
Step 2
Combine margarine, eggs, sugar and honey in a cup. Put in a water bath, stir until smooth. Then add the slaked soda and continue stirring until small bubbles appear. Remove from water bath.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Step 4
Divide the cooled dough into 12 parts. Roll out a cake from each part, bake in the oven. The cakes are baked very quickly, so it is best to bake on three baking sheets. While the first cools down, the second is baked, and the third is already at the ready.
Step 5
Bake two more small cakes from the dough scraps.
Step 6
While the cakes are cooling, prepare two creams. For the first, mix yogurt with jam. For the second, mix sour cream with powdered sugar.
Step 7
Shape the cake. Coat the cakes alternately with cream. The first cake is sour cream, the second is yoghurt, the third is sour cream, and so all the cakes.
Step 8
Place two small cakes on top and cover them with yogurt. Place the cakes in a cool place to soak.
Step 9
To decorate the cake, you need to make flowers.
Form small balls of yellow mastic, which put on toothpicks (moisten in water) and leave aside to dry.
Step 10
Roll out the white mastic and cut flower petals out of it. Cut the green leaves out of the green mastic. Place the blanks on toothpicks, thereby forming flowers. Leave aside, the mastic should harden.
Step 11
Melt the chocolate with butter. Pour the chocolate mass over the top of the cake, smooth.
Step 12
While whisking, add the powdered sugar to the two proteins. Then place the egg whites in a water bath and beat until firm peaks. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag, decorate the sides of the cake. Place creamy dots under the flowers on top of the cake. Decorate the cake with flowers.
