The delicacy is soaked in curd-yoghurt cream and decorated with glaze. It does not take much time to cook and does not require great culinary skills.

- - 480 g granulated sugar
- - 200 g sour cream
- - 160 g flour
- - 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- - 1 tsp baking powder
- - 1 tsp soda
- - 200 g of cottage cheese
- - 300 g yogurt
- - 15 g gelatin
- - 40 g butter
- - 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Step 1
Make a biscuit. Beat the granulated sugar and eggs with a mixer until firm foam. Add sour cream, stir. Combine baking soda, cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour. Combine with sour cream-sugar mixture and mix everything well until smooth.
Step 2
Line the baking paper pan, brush with butter and lay out the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the biscuit and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut the cooled biscuit into pieces 2 cm thick.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Whisk 200 g of granulated sugar with cottage cheese, add yogurt and beat again. Pour gelatin with hot water. Mix with cream.
Step 4
Grease each piece of biscuit with cream and place in a dish. Do this to the brim of the dish. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Step 5
Prepare the icing. Mix 4 tablespoons. granulated sugar and milk, put on fire and cook until sugar dissolves. Add butter and 3 tbsp. cocoa powder, stir. Put on low heat and bring the frosting to thickening. Decorate the cake with icing and set in a cold place for 20-25 minutes.
