This recipe contains simple, affordable foods. You can buy them at any grocery store.
The following ingredients are required:
- 1 pack of crab sticks (200-240 g)
- 150 g hard cheese
- 4 eggs
- mayonnaise
- 1 can canned pineapple
- Boil the eggs. Allow to cool. Peel and chop finely.
- Cut the crab sticks too. You can not grind much.
- In a salad bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients. Add a couple tablespoons of pineapple liquid and mayonnaise to taste. Mix everything. Decorate the contents of the salad bowl with the same pineapples.
Recipe 2
This recipe is interesting in that it contains such an ingredient as Chinese cabbage. It will give the salad a special flavor.
Required Ingredients:
- half a small head of Chinese cabbage
- half chicken breast
- 200 g hard cheese
- can of canned pineapples
- mayonnaise
Cooking steps:
- First, boil the chicken fillet. Salt the water in which the meat is cooked.
- Cut the cabbage. You can cut it into slices of your choice. Cut the boiled chicken breast into strips. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
- Place a layer of Chinese cabbage on a dish (flat plate). Make a net of mayonnaise. The next layer is chicken meat. Pour it with mayonnaise too. At this stage, you can add a little salt if desired. The next layer is cheese. Mayonnaise mesh. Lay out the pineapples.
Recipe 3
This wonderful cocktail salad will be a decoration of any celebration. Serving it in bowls and individual salad bowls will give the table a unique charm. It is prepared simply from the available products.
Ingredients:
- 250 g crab sticks or crab meat
- 4 chicken eggs
- 150 g hard cheese
- 60-70 g of shelled walnuts
- 1 can canned pineapple
- mayonnaise
- dill (other herbs) for decoration
- Boil eggs and grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the crab sticks or meat. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Peel and chop the nuts. Remove the liquid from the pineapples and chop finely too. Set the liquid aside - it will be useful in the future for the dish.
- The cocktail salad is stacked in bowls or portioned salad bowls in layers. 1 layer - put crab sticks. 2 - crushed eggs. 3 - grated cheese. 4th layer - sprinkle with nuts. Top with juice from a can of pineapple. Enough for 2 tbsp. l. Make a net of mayonnaise. The last (top) layer is pineapples.
- Decorate with herbs to your taste. Put the salad in the refrigerator for several hours so that it is well infused and soaked.
