A cake with canned pineapples is easy to prepare and fully corresponds to the main features of modern desserts - its delicate and light consistency does not leave heaviness in the stomach, which is why this delicacy will appeal to everyone, without exception.

It is necessary

  • - 1 can of canned pineapples;
  • - 2 cups of flour;
  • - 3.5 cups of sugar;
  • - 4 tbsp. cocoa spoons;
  • - 1 teaspoon of slaked soda;
  • - 0.5 tsp of lemon juice;
  • - 800 g thick sour cream;
  • - 6 eggs;
  • - vanilla on the tip of a knife;
  • - 0.5 dark chocolate bars.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them with sugar and a little lemon juice until a thick and strong foam is formed.

Step 2

After the whites are beaten to a thick consistency that does not fall out of the bowl when turning, add the yolks, carefully mixing the mass with a mixer.

Step 3

Combine the resulting mixture with slaked soda and flour, continuing to beat until it becomes thick and homogeneous.

Step 4

Divide the prepared dough for cake layers into two equal parts, in one of which we add cocoa.

Step 5

We transfer the resulting mass to a baking dish, having previously greased it with a small amount of butter, after which we place the form in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 6

While the cakes are baking, you can start preparing the sour cream. To do this, beat the sour cream with sugar and a small amount of vanilla until a delicate homogeneous consistency is achieved. Put the finished cake cream in the refrigerator.

Step 7

We take out the cakes from the oven and let them cool down a little, after which we cut them lengthwise. We place one cake on a wide dish, grease it generously with sour cream, and lay out pieces of canned pineapple on top.

Step 8

Cut the remaining cakes into small cubes. Dip each cube in cream and lay it on top of the fruit, giving the dessert a conical shape. Cover the finished cake with the remains of sour cream and icing made from melted chocolate and butter, after which we put the dessert in the refrigerator so that it is properly soaked.
