- - 4 chicken breasts;

- - 100 g of parmesan;

- For the sauce:
- - 150 g mayonnaise;
- - one pickled cucumber;
- - 2 heads of chives;
- - head of garlic;
- - 100 g of capers;
- - salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the Parmesan. Cut the pickled cucumber (small) into cubes. Chop the chives. Dry and chop the capers.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan and marjoram. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg.
Step 3
To break off the chicken breasts, place each breast between two plastic pads and tap them lightly with a rolling pin. Cut the flat pieces into slices.
Step 4
Dip the slices first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs mixture. You need to dip in crackers so that they are evenly distributed on the meat. Place the slices on a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This is to ensure that the breadcrumbs stick to the meat and do not crumble. Preheat oven to 240 degrees.

Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6
Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, cucumber, chives, crushed garlic and capers. Season with salt and pepper.
