One of the most popular fast food treats can be made easily at home. These nuggets are no worse than at McDonald's! Moreover, they do not contain a single artificial flavoring additive, and they are prepared very simply and quickly.
It is necessary
- - chicken breast fillet - 300 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - bread crumbs - 150 g;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the chicken breast fillet and remove the films. Cut into small pieces - about 2 cm thick. You need to cut it across the fibers.
Step 2
This step is optional. Chopped breast pieces can be pickled to make the nuggets softer. To do this, take half a glass of milk or kefir, add pepper, salt and other seasonings to taste. Put the pieces in this mixture and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 3
If you are not using a marinade, simply sprinkle the pieces of meat with a mixture of salt and seasoning.
Step 4
Break the egg into a small bowl and mix well with a fork until smooth. Pour the bread crumbs into a flat plate. They can be substituted with cornmeal or ground unsweetened cornflakes.
Step 5
Dip each piece of meat in an egg, and then immediately roll in breading. We put it separately from each other (not in a pile).
Step 6
Sprinkle the pan generously with refined sunflower oil. We spread the nuggets and fry them under the lid over medium or low heat until golden brown. The meat will cook better if you first lightly fry each side for 2 minutes, then fry until tender.
Step 7
Put the finished nuggets on a napkin or paper towel - it will absorb excess fat. Then we transfer to a regular plate.
