Step 1

Take the fish out of the freezer in advance, let it thaw. Using a sharp knife or special scissors, remove the fins, gut. Rinse well under running water. Cut the pollock into pieces, removing the seeds. Place the fish pieces in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Use a fine grater to cook the cheese, grate and put it in a separate deep bowl. Combine grated cheese with sifted flour. Set aside this plate.

Break the washed four chicken eggs into a separate bowl, add salt. Beat the mixture with a whisk or a regular fork. You do not need to achieve a large foam, it is enough to stir the salt in the eggs well.

Set the pan on fire, heat it together with vegetable oil. Dip pollock pieces alternately in different prepared mixtures. Initially dip in egg composition, then immediately in flour and cheese. Then put in a frying pan, fry on both sides. Put the finished nuggets on paper towels, let the excess fat come off. So from the pieces of fish, prepare nuggets with cheese.
