  • - 500 g chicken fillet;
  • - 100 g of granular mustard;
  • - 100 g bread crumbs;
  • - 50 g of hard cheese;
  • - 50 g of dill;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the chicken fillet, or better pass it through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, chop finely. Chop the dill. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 2

Put greens, minced chicken, onion, cheese in a bowl, add salt, spices, mustard, mix thoroughly. So we got minced meat for future nuggets.

Step 3

Beat the eggs into a separate bowl, beat with a whisk until smooth. Chicken cutlets should be dipped in it.

Step 4

Form the minced meat into matchbox-sized nuggets. Dip in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.

Step 5

Place the nuggets with cheese and herbs in a preheated skillet in sunflower oil, fry on both sides until tender. From the skillet, place the nuggets on a paper towel to remove excess grease. Garlic sauce is ideal for such cutlets, which you can make yourself from mayonnaise or sour cream with the addition of chopped fresh garlic and spices to taste.
