Spicy beef soup - aromatic, hot, easy to prepare. This soup is a great alternative to the well-known borscht.

- - beef broth - 400 milliliters;
- - canned tomatoes in juice - 400 grams;
- - large onion;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - chili pepper - 2 pieces;
- - salt, chili powder, cumin - to taste;
- - sour cream for serving.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into small cubes. Cut the onion, squeeze the garlic through a press.

Heat olive oil, add onion, beef, garlic, cumin, salt and ground pepper. Cook until the meat is browned. Don't forget to stir!

Grind fresh chili peppers. Add broth, tomatoes, chili to the beef stew, mix. Reduce heat, cover the dishes with a lid, cook for two hours, until the meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
