The custard with orange juice and zest is a nice addition to your breakfast bun. Additionally, it can be used for making sweet pastries or other desserts.
It is necessary
- - 180 gr. Sahara;
- - 120 gr. butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 3 oranges.
Instructions
Step 1
First, remove the zest from the oranges with a grater, then squeeze out the orange juice and filter it. At the same time, put clean jars and lids in the oven (180C) for 15 minutes for sterilization.
Step 2
Beat eggs in another bowl and pour orange juice into them. Beat thoroughly again, add sugar and put orange zest in a bowl.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and put it in a water bath (or use a special saucepan with this function). Add butter and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
We cook the cream so that it becomes thicker and sticks to the spoon. We pour it into hot sterile jars and, after complete cooling, put it in the refrigerator.
