Autumn is mushroom time. It's time to cook delicious mushroom dishes. Baked mushrooms with cheese can be used not only as a cold or hot snack, but also as a side dish, for making sandwiches and several types of salads.

- champignons - 500 gr
- butter - 40 gr
- sour cream -100 gr
- cheese -100 gr
- garlic clove
- mayonnaise -50g
- salt on the tip of a knife
Instructions
Step 1
We select mushrooms of approximately equal size. We remove the legs, clean the caps and rinse well. Dry on a towel.
Step 2
Place in an enamel bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, mix thoroughly. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Lubricate the baking dish with any butter, preferably butter. Place the champignon caps tightly in it.
Step 4
Cut any hard cheese into cubes (1x 1cm). Place a cheese cube inside each cap.
Step 5
Finely chop the mushroom legs and fry in butter. Add sour cream and garlic through a garlic press.
Step 6
We spread the filling on the cheese in each mushroom cap. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
