If there is not a lot of time before the guests arrive, and you want to feed tasty and healthy, this simple recipe for chicken fillet in cream with bell pepper can come to your rescue. The dish is prepared in a matter of minutes, but it turns out to be juicy and satisfying.

- - Bulgarian pepper (2 large),
- - heavy cream (200 ml),
- - parsley (small bunch),
- - butter (20 g),
- - salt, seasonings (to taste)

Step 1
First you need to take a chicken fillet and cut it into oblong pieces. If the finished product was not found, then you need to cut the whole carcass, separating the breast and whole pieces of meat from it. Heat the pan, add a small piece of butter and fry the chicken fillet for a few minutes.

In the meantime, we are preparing the bell peppers. Cut the fruit in half, remove the seeds and tail. We also cut into strips. For the brightness of the dish, it is better to take red peppers, but yellow and green ones will also look good.

Add pepper to a skillet with chicken fillet, salt, pepper and let fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat. We make sure that the meat does not dry out.
