Preparing currant-raspberry marshmallow is elementary - everyone can handle it, even if you don't have culinary talents. The result is a very sweet and delicious dessert.
It is necessary
- - black currant - 700 grams;
- - raspberries - 300 grams;
- - sugar - 600 grams;
- - water - 150 milliliters;
- - walnuts, powdered sugar - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour blackcurrant and raspberry berries with water, cook until softened. Then rub the berries through a sieve, add sugar, cook over low heat, until the mixture resembles sour cream in density.
Step 2
Cool the resulting sweet berry mixture, whisk, transfer to a mold, distribute the mixture over the mold as thin as possible. Dry in a warm oven.
Step 3
Currant-raspberry marshmallow is ready, roll it up and that's it! Store the treat in a dry place. Serve with walnuts and sprinkle with icing sugar.
