Currants are a healthy and tasty berry. From it you can easily and simply prepare simple, healthy and aromatic drinks that will please the whole family!
It is necessary
- - 150-200 g of black currant leaves;
- - 150-200 g of black or red currant jam;
- - 500 g of kefir, yogurt or fermented baked milk;
- - 150 g of dried rose hips;
- - 100 g of honey.
Instructions
Step 1
Currant mood drink
Take 150-200 g of black currant leaves, rinse them thoroughly under running water. Then pour 2 liters of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 2 hours. Then strain everything and add 150-200 g of black currant jam.
Step 2
Cocktail "Martian"
Mix cold kefir or yogurt with black currant jam, or red. Add jam to the fermented milk product to taste. Mix everything well, pour into glasses and decorate the drink with berries.
Step 3
Drink "Health"
Take 150 g of dried rose hips, pour 1.5 liters of water over them. Bring to a boil. Close the lid and let the drink simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat. Let the mixture settle, strain and add 150 g of honey.
