  • - a kilogram of chicken or beef liver;
  • - 150 grams of onions;
  • - a couple of eggs;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - 3 tablespoons of semolina;
  • - 2-3 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 150 grams of carrots.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to chop the onions, carrots and liver. You can do two things: use a meat grinder or grind these ingredients in a blender. The resulting mass must be mixed.

Step 2

Break 2 eggs and add them to what you have so far. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Now the next step is semolina. Add 2-3 tablespoons of semolina to the resulting mass and mix them in the same way with all the contents.

Add some flour. At this stage, add salt and pepper to taste.

You are almost there! Preheat the frying pan well, grease it with oil. Put the pancakes on an already preheated skillet. You need to fry them for about 5 minutes. Then turn each pancake over and continue to fry for a few more minutes on the other side.
