As soon as the weekend comes, I always try to please my daughters with tasty things. And, of course, I love making butter biscuits, cinnamon rolls or flavored muffins for my beloved children.
It is necessary
- - 200 g sour cream,
- - 1/4 cup sugar
- - 2, 5 glasses of flour,
- - 1 tsp. soda,
- - a little salt,
- - 7-8 st. l. vegetable oil,
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar,
- - 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder.
- For decoration:
- - icing sugar,
- - blackberries,
- - Red currants,
- - mint leaves,
- - chocolate chips.

Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar, salt, add vanilla sugar, sour cream, mix everything well. Stir in flour and vegetable oil, continuing to stir so that there are no lumps. The result should be a homogeneous mass of thick sour cream consistency.
Step 2
Then divide the dough in two. Add cocoa powder to one of them and knead well. Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil and fill with dough (half of the tins are dark and the other half are light). Bake at 180 ° C until tender (about 20 minutes).
Step 3
You can decorate as your heart desires. But we usually sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar and grated chocolate. If you have fresh or frozen fruits or berries, you can also use it to decorate baked goods.
